The Summer I Turned Pretty will be back on Prime Video soon for its third and final season. But what time does the last season drop on July 16?

The series is expected to see the seasons-long love triangle between Belly (Lola Tung) and brothers Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno), and Conrad (Christopher Briney) come to an end.

Here’s the official description for Season 3:

It’s the end of her junior year of college, and Belly’s looking forward to another summer in Cousins with her soulmate, Jeremiah. Her future seems set, until some core-shaking events bring her first love Conrad back into her life. Now on the brink of adulthood, Belly finds herself at a crossroads and must decide which brother has her heart. Summer will never be the same…

Prime Video sent a warning to fans against hate speech

Ahead of the premiere, Prime Video warned fans not to use hate speech against or bully the cast and crew.

The show’s official account posted a message that said, “Cousins is our safe place. Everything good, everything magical. Let’s keep the conversation kind this summer. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for bullying and hate speech. If you engage in any of the following you will be banned.”

The post also listed “community guidelines that said the following behavior would be banned: “hate speech or bullying,” “targeting our cast or crew” and “harassing or doxxing members of the community.”

Here’s the exact time that ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ Season 3 premieres

The Season 3 premiere comes out at 3 a.m. ET / 12 a.m. PT on July 16. The first two episodes will be available on the 16th, after this, each episode airs weekly on Wednesdays until the season finale on Sept 17. The season has 11 episodes.

Earlier this week, eagle-eyed internet investigators spotted a familiar face in the background of Megan’s latest summer vacation post on Instagram. During her photoshoot, the mystery man settled into a lounge chair for a closer look at her sizzling snaps.

And who could blame him? It’s hard to focus on anything else besides the super snatched perfection of Thee Stallion, but countless comments caught Klay Thompson in the cut and set social media ablaze.

Welp, once fans already put the baller on blast, Klay decided to really give us something to talk about. On Saturday, Klay took to Instagram with a photo dump of his vacation, which turns out to be a tropical baecation in the Bahamas with the Hot Girl Swim stunner herself.

In one photo, Klay is kissing a woman with flowing curls so big that they almost blocked his 6’5″ face. Although the woman’s back is to the camera, we’d know that colossal cake-clapper from a mile away, especially in those curve-hugging cream pants.

Another photo features a close-up of Klay holding Megan’s meticulously manicured hand as he leads her down a path to what looks like a sandy beach. We don’t get any additional glimpses of what looks like a very romantic date night, but fans have seen enough to stan the new celebrity couple.

Several comments joked that although the 35-year-old star is a four-time champ, they weren’t familiar with his game until now. The second-generation NBA star’s past romantic roster is as stacked as his stats. Klay keeps a ring and a baddie on his hands! He previously dated actresses Laura Harrier and Eiza González, and multi-hyphenate hottie Coco Jones.

Megan Thee Stallion most recently popped out with Bulls player Torrey Craig in 2024. It seems like the Grammy winner quietly kept it pushing after his ex threw some shade, and a model accused him of dirty dog DM diving during the relationship. Now, the hotties are celebrating that their fave moved on to bigger things with the future Hall of Famer.

Basketball fans claimed this further confirms that Klay is all the way back in his bag.

He already got a makeover, ditching his fluffy fro for a throwback to his low cut. Between the sea-sickening waves and the ultimate wobbledy-wobbling wonder on Klay’s arm, he’s seemingly in his prime to collect another championship ring like an infinity stone.

Are hot dogs or hamburgers healthier?

For example, choosing whether to sink your teeth into a delicious hamburger or a jam-packed hotdog can be a tough decision to make. But according to registered dietitian Tamar Samuels, if you’re having trouble deciding between the two, it’s important to consider several factors—such as portion size, preparation method, toppings, and ingredient quality. During an interview with Time on July 3, the doctor revealed that in general, hot dogs tend to be “more processed than hamburgers,” which can make them a less healthy option overall.

“They’re often made from a mix of lower-quality meat cuts and additives, including sodium nitrate and other preservatives,” Samuels explained.

Nitrates and nitrites, which are chemical compounds, occur naturally in water and soil, but they’re also commonly used as preservatives in processed meats to maintain color and enhance flavor. However, these additives can trigger harmful chemical reactions in the body and may contribute to the carcinogenic effects of processed meats. A 2022 study found that food additive nitrates and nitrites were positively associated with increased risks of breast and prostate cancer.

Excessive intake of processed meats like hot dogs can also lead to the increased risk of Congenital Heart Disease and stroke, studies show.

Overall, hamburgers may be a healthier option to choose at your next BBQ, and maybe even a better option over other tasty grilled delicacies like BBQ ribs for example. This is because hamburgers are “less processed and contain more high quality protein,” Samuels shared. They are also lower in sodium. Ribs on the other hand, depending on the cut, can contain high amounts of fat. Sugar and salt from the delicious sauce they’re typically slathered in add on more calories, which is a no-go for your health, according to Muscle and Fitness.

If hot dogs are one of your favorites, there’s no need to cut them out entirely. “Both hot dogs and hamburgers can be part of a balanced diet when enjoyed occasionally and prepared mindfully,” Samuels said.

Here’s how to health hack your next barbecue meal: start with a better base. Look for uncured, lower-sodium hot dogs with minimal additives; the same rule applies for ribs. Choosing hot dog options made from leaner meats like chicken or turkey can help reduce saturated fat without sacrificing flavor. Additionally, baby back ribs typically tend to be a leaner cut of rib and contain fewer calories and fat compared to options like spare ribs, according to Acobonac Farms. So, choosing them makes for a solid and health-conscious BBQ meal.

Skip the sugary condiments—mustard is a better choice than ketchup—and serve your dog in a high-fiber, whole-grain bun to keep calories in check. Top it off with fresh ingredients like chopped onions, sauerkraut (a gut-friendly fermented food), or colorful veggies. These toppings add texture, fiber, and volume, added Nina Crowley, a registered dietitian, to Time, helping you stay full and more satisfied with less of the bad stuff.
