Trump ‘Blowing Bubba’ Message Referenced In Epstein Emails Released – Blavity
As U.S. lawmakers release a massive amount of documents connected to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, the public has become particularly focused on an email that makes a reference to Donald Trump “blowing Bubba.” Per the email released on Wednesday, that reference came from Epstein’s brother Mark.
What did Mark Epstein say about Trump ‘blowing Bubba?’
The 2018 email shows Mark telling his brother to ask former Trump adviser Steve Bannon if Russian President Vladimir Putin has “the photo of Trump blowing Bubba.”
“You and your boy Donnie can make a remake of the movie Get Hard,” Mark Epstein wrote in the email, according to Newsweek.
Although “Bubba” is the nickname of Bill Clinton, Mark told Newsweek that the comment is not referring to Clinton. However, Newsweek reported that Mark didn’t provide any additional explanation about the reference.
While the email has caused some people to assume Trump may have performed oral sex, U.S. Rep. Robert Garcia said it’s not clear what Mark was referring to in the email
“We’re not sure, actually, what that’s in reference to, obviously. So is it a joke? Is it not? Who’s he talking about? We don’t know,” Garcia said, per The Advocate. “And which is why it’s important for people to know that these emails that we got, they’re from the Epstein estate, right? We got these emails through a subpoena through the estate, and it pales in comparison to what the Department of Justice has to get us as a committee.”
When will the House of Representatives release the full Epstein records?
On Wednesday, the House of Representatives secured enough votes on a petition that allows them to take the next step on releasing the Epstein records. In the coming days, the House will vote on releasing the full records, per Newsweek. Meanwhile, Trump continues to defend himself from any association with Epstein.
“The Democrats are trying to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax again because they’ll do anything at all to deflect on how badly they’ve done on the Shutdown, and so many other subjects,” Trump wrote via his Truth Social platform, according to Newsweek. “Only a very bad, or stupid, Republican would fall into that trap.”
