Former child star Floyd Roger Myers Jr., who appeared on shows like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and the TV movie The Jacksons: An American Dream, has died. He was 42.
According to TMZ, the actor’s mother, Renee Trice, said he died in his Maryland home on Wednesday morning of a heart attack after experiencing three in the last three years. Trice added that she spoke to her son hours before his passing.

Myers made his onscreen acting debut on ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air’
According to Deadline, Myers made his onscreen acting debut as a Young Will in a 1992 episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He went on to play Marlon Jackson later that year in The Jacksons: An American Dream. Myers also appeared in an episode of The WB’s Young Americans in 2000.
Myers was a father of four, according to a GoFundMe page started by the actor’s sister, Tyree Trice, to cover funeral costs, People reported. He also co-founded The Fellaship Mens Group that, according to its website, “creates safe, judgment-free spaces for men to be seen, heard, and supported.” The group offers “wellness programs, healing circles, workshops, and service opportunities.”
Myers’ funeral is scheduled for Nov. 2
The Fellaship Mens Group shared a tribute to its co-founder on Instagram.
“RIP to our good brother @rocwonder one of our co founders. Gone but never will be forgotten. The mission will continue in your honor. Next mens meeting will be one for the books like we talked about! Love you bro, rest easy, big bro will take it from here ,” it wrote alongside a photo of Myers and his children.

Renee also took to social media to remember her son, sharing the same picture of him and his family on Facebook.
“THIS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE SO,” she wrote.
According to the GoFundMe page, Myers’ funeral is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 2.
